How can I select National class of the skip barber? It seems I get the Regional whichever car I select in the menu.
In the tuning menu, Regional or National can be selected (up where visor mod etc can be seen) plus in the opponents window, Regional or National can be selected there too for the AI.
Thanks. I got another problem: I joined an online race using the racing school mod. After I returned to single player mode, this mod got selected by default - and All cars / tracks option disappeared for some reason. Is there a way to get it back?

No matter what serie/car I choose, when on track/pit, I have only Clio pace car with "see through" graphics? Could say that this is quite major problem...

I think that you have only the game itself (installer) without the "car packages". You need the install the packages, you can find them in the Downloads thread.
lol... used to have the hair pretty long myself in my younger years... (that makes me sound ancient... which I`m not btw) good bit shorter now though and cold ears.
