is better add trackedge to all track. Then you can break the spline and detach- to get space for create curbs. Edges and terrain are flat is better use loft for curbs. Can get the path from track in editPoly modifier. In trackmaker v1.0 manipulate trackedge and terrain is more consistent.

Ok. I nearly finished the terrain, and it is starting to look acceptable (for me). View attachment 9110 But I mainly have 2 problems with textures. 1. In road texture I see colored dots, and in the grass I see black dots. 2. I cant get smooth transition between different materials. View attachment 9111
The edge UV channel 3 (detail grass) must be the same of terrain. Just copy the UVmapping modifier to edge as instance. This is a thread for SplineTrackMaker. You build your track with myscript "SplineTrackMaker"?
Yes, track totally build with "spline trackmaker". If you prefer I can create a thread for my track Back to mapping. Sould I map the edge between both materials just like I did with the faces?
I'm glad you build all with the script Open this track to see the UV mapping instance from terrain. About road maybe detail map need to reduce the scale. ( use a UV xform on channel 2)
Some notes for STM (splineTrackMaker) 1.0 Spline tools now is "reference Spline" and all bezier and spline functions are in PointTools. (The new version are inside zip) So more help pages and videos.
