Hello, i have start to convert a rF Car to rF2 and it works without tyres @spinner. when i activate the tyres in the spinner gen then the game crashed. the same problem i have when use the normal gen for race. have watching in trace.txt but doesnt found anything. all mas files i have expand with 3dsimed and export the gmt files after that i save it new with the isi mas tool
I think it may be one of two things, either the pivot is in the center of the car instead of the center of the object or in the spinner instance in the tires theres something wrong. I' ll show you how I have my tire's instance. I'll hope it would help you.
Did you have proper physics? Remember rF2 is using different tire physics and if you're trying a linear 1:1 conversion you'll probably get a crash when you load tires.
I have the same problem: In the spinner the tires are at the correct spot but ingame they are inside the vehicle. These four values are all 0.0 FrontWheelTrack=0.0 // if non-zero, forces the front wheels to be specified track width RearWheelTrack=0.0 // if non-zero, forces the rear wheels to be specified track width // LeftWheelBase=0.0 // if non-zero, forces the left side to use specified wheelbase RightWheelBase=0.0 // if non-zero, forces the right side to use specified wheelbase // Is there any other possibility on how to fix it? Other values?

nice to see a topic like this. i just want to start another one but this is useless now. i get the whole car working in showroom and on track. but the reflection doesnt work. In 3DSimEd i see all relection but in game the car is just matt. As shader im using "cube map specular map add grayscale reflect t0" like it is selected when loading the gmt. In the Masfile all related Textures there and there apears no error or warning while loading the showroom. ryan i'm having the exact same issue with mine, i'm starting to wonder if there is an alpha relfect bug in build 118
i had this issue also with the 107 version. so it seems there is something wrong. or i did a mistake i cant imagine right now. that why i hope there is someone who can help in this case.

no probs...its definately a simed problem...i can run a car thru max and it has shine..run it thru simed and it loses it cheers
