Yes, the outside is magnetic lol. I think its debatable whether that line or a little more straight exit without scrubbing your front tires to complete the turn is faster tho...
Great Event Guys Please remember to post your race reports for this event here http://sr4l.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=426#426 If you have not already done so that was some pretty amazing Driving all round I think we might try some rolling starts see if that helps the chaos at the starts,
I like the idea of rolling starts for reverse grid races (if possible). If that'd be the case we should establish the rules to set at what moment you can start overtaking the car in front of you (as soon as the green flag is on/not until crossing the start-finish line/as soon as you leave the final curve/not until you exit the first curve...etc).
The reverse is a great challenge imo, mistakes don't happen from the grid being flipped they come from drivers. It's a chance for everyone to be a little out of position and practice some race craft. Get through the opening laps and you'll get a lot out of it.
I've taken a few free time to record a couple of videos This is Race 2 accident between Stefan and Johannes, from my racing viewpoint And this is Race 3 first lap accidents from different drivers' perspective
Like that I'm not surprised that accidents happen Was surprised btw that that car wasn't ectually involved in one of the shown crashes
Haven't download any cockpit. Though the video doesn't quite show, you took a nice flying there. That was really wierd, don't know why those left wheels were removed.
By the way I'm receiving a "host not found" when trying to get into www.sr4l.com, but that could be the proxy at my office.
Yeah, now it works too. Probably my proxy had DNS problems. Watching the video I'd consider it just a race incident. Nobody was acting irresponsible there. No suicide braking from him nor deliberate closing the line from you.
