Is it welcoming you by name, Arctic37? Like the screenshot in the first post? Someone on Twitter just said they had this, then a fresh install fixed it... You could that that. If activation, and fresh install doesn't work, I would email purchase@rfactor.net with your order number (begins RF) to see if there is some issue.
According to the records I pulled; 2 out of the 3 pieces of hardware we look have changed since you first purchased/activated rF2. A reactivation will get you back up and running.
I have some similar issue: after reinstalling RF2, Launcher will not automatically connect me. There is the message below: "Failed to connect with login server. Please try again later." Under 'Purchase' tab works nothing too, the message appears: "Failed to connect to commerce server." The internet connection works of course. Interesting that single player and developer mode works, only online race is grey. Any idea guys?
