A good question, don´t know if i have a good answer

I would have a bad conscience too spread beta software - which is known to have issues - in a forum.
And do the people - which just come by - know that they need new firmware for the new drivers (also beta and not officially available to download anymore) to make it work like it should?

And since a few weeks there is a newer beta driver (132) in the support section of the Clubsport Wheel:
(But don´t use the firmware from there except you have a Clubsport Wheel! )

But i do not recommend it, all i can say this driver 132 + firmware 742 works with my GT3 RS V2 in rF2 (with some known issues)

i own the gt2 running driver 116.. but don't know how to change the firmware and have the original it came with, what 1 would you recommend and how do i do it ?

 

ive used 126, 128 & 129 drivers, plus flashed my firmware to 742, but had crashes in rf1, saying some fanatec ffb appcrash, also had wheel disconnects in middle of races...it pissed me of to the point i flashed back to 682fw, & use 115 drivers, ffb feels better imo & im getting no problems.....goodluck. This is gt3rs wheel btw.

you need the FanatecFWUpdater_v2.2 + firmware files (GT2_742B in your case). Of course you have to unpack the .zip files and detailed instructions are included in the package..........

also im trying the new 140 beta driver but think if i need firmware update might not be getting full use of it.

 

the new 140 beta driver and firmware 750b i find very nice to use, it was first time i up dated my firmware and it was easy as. just followed there instructions.
