It does not start

Hey! I just bought Rfactor 2.. And when i press on either singleplayer or multiplayer the logo comes up then it goes away and nothing more happening.. Help me !

 

How can we help you if you don't even give any information?

You're not even giving the specifications of your operating system, processor, graphicscard etc etc..

Sounds like you haven't installed any tracks or cars?

 

I have downloaded em and put it in My documents/Rfactor2/Packages

 

XP Professional? You can run as admin.

But did you install them with mod manager? Putting them in the folder is just the first step. You need to install them.

... And the thing is when i Untick the option it becomes empty.. All mods who just were there is gone ?

 

Your taking it too literally. He was showing an example.

All of the ISI content are mods except the Brianza track, so you want it to show mods only to start. So check show mods only and go down the list and right click to install. After install, if there is an "*" asterix to the left of the mod, right click again and choose "update".

Keep doing that one by one until all the mods are installed and updated. Then, untick show mods only and install the Brianza track.

 

When i open the Mod Manager in rfactor2/Core it comes up 6 different mods.. When i open with the launcher it just comes up 3 mods.. Have no idea why ? On the mod manager in rfactor2/core its all installed and updated.

 

First off, you need to make sure you have all the necessary files. If you haven't already, refer to the first post here for a complete list. Use the torrent downloads to ensure none of the files are corrupted.

1. Run the installer.
2. Place the rest of the download files in the Packages folder found under your name in your Documents folder.
3. Run the launcher and click the "Manage Mods" button (you shouldn't have to touch the mod manager in the core)
4. Go down the list and right-click to install all the mods, then go back and update any with an "*" in the first column (You may need to update more than once.)
5. Under Options, uncheck "Show Mods Only"
6. Find the Brianza track in the list and right-click to install it.

That should get you a working copy of the sim, with all the ISI mods.

 

I have opened the launcher, pressed Manage Mods, Then its just three mods ''All Tracks & Cars, ISA Formula Masters, Renault Clio Cup'' No update option when i right click on em either.
When i uncheck ''Show Mods Only'' it comes up 44 different mods.. Brianza Track is installed and up to date.

 

Now i have reinstalled the Rfactor 2 from start.. I did put all mods & updates in Packages folder and installed them & updated them from the launchers Mods manager tab.. But no sucess to start the game ? I have no clue how to get it working !

Sometimes when the game loads it can go into the background. Use task manager and find application, then 'bring to front'

Its not in Background, No application named like Rfactor etc..

 

Theres definetly some mods missing there bud, but your game should surely start i think, hmmm
