I tried to do update but it doesnt 'downloads..so i reactivetd the produtc many times till it said to me maximum activation reached. Now single player multiplayer and customize are greyd out and i can't play or update. What do i do i need help !! should i request a refund? and rebuy the game?
no you should go and download the update manually here in the forums, then put the update file in the update folder within your installation folder. then go back to the launcher and hit query and then update.
Mail to support @ rFactor.net (the correct address is without spaces between the @, as written here) http://imagespaceinc.com/contact/ asking for a reset of the activations status and adding in your mail the Order Number (you find it in the confirmation mail you got just after the purchase) or the e-mail address used for the purchase. Resets are free and usually they are done in max 24h (it is a manual process).
If you rebuy the software you will still have the same installation. Please try contacting us, preferably before you try to activate (which doesn't often solve this problem, as it's usually caused by something else, usually simple, like you not being logged in, or Windows permissions) like this. thing i did in order to solve my problem with success. 1.Zero activations 2.unistall game 3.download latest version of game 4.reactivate 5. now it' seem i can play thanks!
