Any kind of Rolex Grand Am, Le Mans, ALMS, or WEC series

I want to race prototypes + GT mixed class racing. Don't care about licenses, don't care what you call it.

I've tried all the mods for various sims that have these cars and....well...

You got Enduracers for this, no need for rF2 staff to go for it

 

I would rather have ISI make it. Didn't care much for the rF1 mod.

 

IMO I'd rather ISI do other stuff while Enduracers mod will be ported and continued by them to make new models in rF2.
IMO2 Enduracers are one of best mod groups around so its a bit a no brainer that ISI goes in with their cars(which also means they need to get license for every,EVERY single car)

 

Definitely agreed! Anxiously waiting for that mod to be ported to rF2!

 

I'd like that very much too, but bare in mind that Enduracers have given no commitment whatsoever to modding for rF2 at all.

 

Looks like WSGT2 would fit into this category. I really hope that sees the light of day, the previews they have shown so far look fantastic.

 

Dunno about prototypes but it looks like we will get a C6 GT2 and the Panoz GT2 from ISI. Together with the Nissans and the panoz gt1 it would create a cool GT field.

 

BTW, can someone from ISI give us a small hint if this C6 Corvette will find it's way into the beta any day soon?

 

The C6 GT2 is the car I'm most looking forward to driving out of all the cars in the render (althought the T70s will be fun too I'm sure!)

 

The Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with both Street Tuner and Grand Sport classes would make for an great edition to rFactor 2.

 

Enduracers is definitely one of the best modding teams out there they also have a facebook page that was a part of my idea so it will even get more popular.

Also, is it me or is the GT-R sound too muted? I can't barely hear the exhaust on that car, very quiet when compared to the 370Z. In fact all I can hear is the 370Z when I'm using the GT-R...

I agree with the OP. Rolex Grand Am series or ALMS would be an AMAZING license. I race Race 07 with www.simracingpro.com and we are doing a mixed class endurance series (rF1 endurance... no rain? Really?) 90 min-3 hour races using ALMS LMP1 & 2 and GT3 machinery. But in rFactor 2 it'd be so much better (even though the Race 07 mods we use are fantastic). And officially licensed with real liveries and the real Rolex field. When rF2 is out of beta and an endurance series comes out, SRP will start using rF2 for the EPS series. We do some rF2 now but just beginning.

Holy crap. This is what I sit in bed and dream about before sleep. Seriously.

 

Oh yeah Guy, a 6h LMS Race at Spa or Monza in the Rain and with Driver Swaps...
...and me in an LMP2. Try to hold the Car on Track while fighting against the Guys ahead and behind me, to passing the GT´s save and quickly, and keep watching in the Mirrors for the lapping LMP1.
Can't stop dreaming...
