Windscreens not showing tire smoke, dust,. effects etc

as was present in Build85 the GT/Meganes/60s windscreens dont show smoke and dust etc, HD7850

Think this was narrowed down to an ATi issue as nVidia guys could see it just fine.

As far as b90 is concerned I`ll have to check again but I had this problem too with b85 and I`m nvidia user.

 

goes without saying but Raindrops are not visible either (they appear inside the cockpit instead!)

 

I posted about the Transparency bug in b85 and we thought the two bugs might be related.

I also get it on an nVidia 465 with latest drivers (301.42 or whatever?)

 

Same on radeon 6970

 

And same for me - using NVidia GTX560Ti with high graphic settings including HDR activated.

Smoke is only visible when it is behind the windscreen in the car and in the rear view mirrors. Not in front of the car.
When driving without windscreens the smoke appears as it should.

Would love to get a solution here....

 

There has been no reaction of ISI-staff here... can we be sure this thread will be read by them?

 

Same here, no raindrops with HD7850. Not sure about the smoke, I play often in nose cam

Tim said that all reports are tracked by isi stuff.
however some of bugs reported a few builds ago are still not resolved.
which leads to need of reporting same bug again and again. it is not approach I would like to see on testing stage

 

I've got the same problem as well and I'm using nividia card 550 gtx or something like that
But saying that I was racing on mills track today and I had smoke through the windscreen come to think of it I had smoke on replays but think only on that track
