Today I noticed, that Polish national characters (cp1250 in Windows) are appears incorrectly: on driver list while connected on server on driver list on private tests on driver list on replays in xml result files. Those characters are correctly displayed in Launcher (welcome message). Since internal urf8 support has been reported, some conversion must be missing.
Same applies with Estonian. I can't test it at the moment, but I think it was broken only in-car (names on the cars (with TAB), drivers list in the HUD and also in-car chat). It does work properly on the chat box while in garage and in the setup notes. With Notepad++ when I change the encoding to ANSI, I can see all the letters properly in the result file, with UTF-8 I can't.
