Wow Rettifilo! Awesome spot. Upon further review, I was at the 2010 GP. I had to settle for the "cheap" seats at Parabolica. Was "sponsoring" myself and son and daughter. This one was emotional too for the home crowd! In a good way. We got to do the post race track party then walked the old banked track. Unforgetable vacation.

Hey thanks very much 1959Nikos! 8^) Yep! she's listed as the 1930 world speed record holder. An O.E.C Temple with a 1000cc blown JAP engine (I thought that was 1928 myself, but who cares). The picture/painting most commonly associated with this baby is a machine in blue, with streamlined front forks. Running (at speed) from right to left. From 1928 but I cant find it anywhere. I've never liked the oval tracks but I think rfactor 2 is going to feel great. Anyway I think I'll have more fun with the other variants
Well...oval tracks I believe are very fast killer tracks so this qualifies easily in history in any form, oval or not.

Holy cow... Until now I'd only been able to do some small tests. Did a longer event today against AI. Its genuinely scary going around the banking. You can do it flat, but the bumps and margin for error is so small that i find myself rounding the banking well within the limit (90-95% throttle). It's pretty much impossible to recover the car if you lose it, so you can't risk putting it on that limit in a long race. Any issue = huge crash. It's funny, I actually feel like I am being forced to drive in a way they had to in real life... lol Testing is going well guys
