Hi Everyone, Just wondering if its possible to adjust opacity of the windscreen or completely turn it off in the Megane. For some reason it strains my eyes, It's the yellowy look to it maybe, the open wheelers don't bother me. I would prefer not to go to bonnet or bumper view as i like seeing dash and dials.

I've been through the plr file but couldnt see anything to adjust, or have i missed it somewhere?

    Cheers, Neil

Yes, the reflections and shadows are too strong.

    Same opinion here.
If it could be adjusted soon, it will be great.
The reflections are really to strong on megane windscreen. ;)

I think turning off the HDR may solve it.. Not sure though.. as I like the reflection lol.. adds to the reality. I will say that the sun lighting is a bit wrong as in the meganes almost everywhere you get the reflection.. meaning its should disapate when heading in away from the sun..

The Megane windscreen is known to be buggy, this is just one of the issues.

I had that after updating from 69 to 85. When did fresh install from scratch using full 85 installer, it's ok.
Will check later today if at Mills it's also ok (did tests at Estoril).

I updated from 65 to 85 and have no this issue. I can see this sun effect on windscreen but it's not overdone like on some screens here, on forum

I had this eye-blinding reflections too, after updating to build 85. But after i installed the Megane mod it is perfect, now i can see wiper-stripes on the windscreen, nice ;-)

But where is the windscreen-washer button

I did some tests yesterday and what we see on OzzyNeil's screenshot, I had with Build 85 but still without Megane v1.1 update (so, only v1.0).
With Megane Trophy update installed, I have exactly what can be seen on the screenshot Brot attached.

Yes but it seems to happen if you've only updated to B85 and still running v1.0 of the meganes, I get (got) the same thing too. After I updated the Meganes to v1.1 I can confirm what LesiU says the yellow 'muck' disappears although now my screen doesn't look quite as good as the pic brot posted but that's probably because I'm on low graphics.

Ah, that's the only mode I use, so maybe that's why the Megane update didn't fix it.

My problem with the Megane windscreen is that it's too DIRTY, whoever it is in my pitcrew that keeps forgetting to clean it before I leave the pits needs a boot up his bum.
