DFGT feels better than G27???

    Hello, all.

    RF2 with DFGT is absolutely sublime out of the box. Profiler settings 100% effects strength everything else zero with 500 degrees rotation.

    G27 just arrived and feels like there's no real connection to the road and also very weak force compared to DFGT. I tried all suggestions I've seen and FFB is OK and I'd probably be satisfied if I hadn't felt the DFGT.

    I know this sounds crazy and I really don't want to go back to the DFGT. Please help! How could DFGT be better than G27?????

    Here are my settings (same as for DFGT):

    Overall effects strength: 100%
    Spring effect strength: 0%
    Damper effect strength: 0%
    Enable centering spring in FFB games is checked
    Centering spring strength = 0%
    500 degrees of rotation
    Allow game to adjust settings is checked

    I run DFGT, never touched a G27.

    I like my DFGT, only complaint about it - after going to 64 bit windows and using logitech 64 bit drivers, it's always losing calibration.

    Other than that little problem (pain) I likkkee it

    I drive the G27. For every different car I always set in the Controls settings window the CAR-SPECIFIC FFB MULT to 1.50

    Had the same problem with my DFGT and G25.
    DFGT had such a beautifull FFB. I could feel every bump and got a real good response from tyres. (F1 68, specially at spa)

    G25 just feels... i don't know how to describe. It's like I'm always sliding in fast corners of spa. Don't get any good feedback specially in fast corners. Slow corners seems fine. Also the bumps feel a bit different then with the DFGT.

    So what i did:
    Plug in G25, went to the controls panel (in rFactor2) and load the DFGT setting. Then I remapped the buttons on G25 and save as a custom profile.
    Feels very good. Like the DFGT.

    Excellent. Tried this and is better, especially with 1.5 multiplier and torque filter = 8. Thanks!
