Literally hundreds of races at Spa and I never noticed this. Just a little attention to detail by ISI The clock tower in the screenshot has a working clock with working hands. The reason I finally noticed was because I had time acceleration @ x10 and the seconds and minutes hands were flying around the clock like a propeller
That's a fantastic feature! Would surely add more realism and atmosphere to videos, especially from endurance races. Heck, it would be even possible to recreate the legendary starting sequence from the film Le Mans.
Amazing detail. I can't wait to see what the modders come up with. It really does seem like this is going to be a great tool kit to play around with.
but this is only for Lemans, they didnt do that at SPA or any other race (I think). Thanks for spotting the clock Buddha, noticed the style?Deffinetly 60s,square like Steve Mc Queens wristwatch.
Nice I have not noticed that either. RFACTOR2 rocks ...love it already what I have seen so far love the Visor view in the F1 open wheel mod.
In the car upgrades area for the Renault 3.5, the visor upgrade is an option (along with downforce and other options.) The visor upgrade is also an option for the Megane.
Talking about the uniroyal tower, i find the "circuit national de belgium" a bit wrong.. Shouldn't it be something like "circuit national de belgique" or like we are more used to see : "circuit national de spa francorchamps" ? View attachment 1968 Can't find any pics of the tower from 1969, so i m not sure, sorry if i'm wrong.
I was blown away just watching a replay lap at Spa, all the cows and horses were wagging their tails and mooing and eating, and other cool stuff that you just don't see while driving. Really top notch!
I remember monkey island 3 having a clock tower in 1997, guybrush would even read you the time and say 'beep' at the end.
Visor view annoys me, It's a great idea but a real visor doesn't obscure your vision like the one's in a computer sim. If it can't be done properly leave it out I say.
You laugh but I actually simraced in my motorcycle helmet once. I wanted to be sure it was comfortable before cutting off the tags as my old one hurt after an hour. I figured, as long as I had it on... why not?
