Problem getting a refund

    I purchased rFactor 2 on the 2nd of April and despite trying to like anything about I just can't. Yes I know it's a beta, no I won't go into details why I don't like it.

    Edit: Never mind, it seems the refund cutoff was the 1st of April. I will just chalk this up to a bad experience and move on.

    You have two months from the day of purchase to request a refund.

    You have two months to get a refund mate. It DOES NOT say no refunds after the 1st.


    If you need help there is plenty of info in this forum.

    the refund and purchase system may be down periodically this week as the do upgrades and maintenance.

    The above replies are correct. You have 2 months from the date of purchase. You can either use the Refund Request feature in the launcher to request a refund or email me at purchase (at) rfactor (dot) net with "Refund Request" in the subject title.

    Thanks for the responses guys. I'm going to hold on to see how the beta progresses. It's not like it cost me a fortune.

    Keep this game. The last one was legendary. I played it for 3 years. You will not regret it.

    Three years, that's it? I'm still playing after about five or six :p

    Though to be fair, I'm almost entirely playing on mods now. Legends Series... various NASCAR mods... JNS Tracks... awesome.
