View attachment 1799 Installed build 69, downloaded the GT endurance rfmod.... unable to install. All files are in the right folders... have read the other threads regarding people having trouble placing files a.s.o. Why wont the package install?
Well.. it didn't work... downloaded all files and put them in the packages folder... then i started the modmanager and installed all... the window went blank and again showed only the "all tracks and cars" thingy.. I might go for a refund... this is way to buggy for a open beta - why not include these basic things in the installer?!
I can confirm that freew67 is right. I was also getting the same message as Sjoenne ("Unable to install the following mods"), but after installing the mentioned mods, I was then able to install the GT Endurance one. I think it would be useful to mention this next to the download link of the GT Endurance mod.
Install all previously released packages and make sure to update the 3.5's. THEN install the GT Enduro mod. @kriscabrera All tracks and mods is a way to use all INSTALLED cars and tracks together offline, like if you wanted to race the 60's F1's on a modern track.
You don't need to have both mods installed. Either the Meganes or the Formula Renault 3.5 (Version 1.1) have to be installed in order to install the GT Mod. @Sjoenne: If you downloaded all mods available by ISI and put them into the packages folder, these mods should appear in the mod manager regardless they are installed or not. Please post a screenshot of your packages folder!
@kriscabrera: which mod do you want to install? make a screenshot of your ModManager Window and the content of the rfactor2/packages folder
I´d say i have the same problem. i do what the staff says. "download the mods, put them into packages folder. open manage mod and install them. but mod manager only "sees" formula renault 3.5 version 1.0, it does not install ´couse it hangs on 63% "package reading"..
If this was stated clearly where the mod was downloaded it would have saved me alot of Frigging around ....grr
Jap, the filesizes are not ok Try downloading them with utorrent (http://www.utorrent.com) Its a small but very good Bittorrent client.
