All i can say is build it yourself and you will get a much more bang for buck value pc!
If you want to build (and it is not hard,) I could spec you something within your budget which would have alot more power than a prebuilt.:D

Also note that I am from the UK so i don't know many US retailers apart from newegg, but if you searched each part on google shopping, I'm sure you could knock at least $100 from buying from other retailers.
The intel sandy bridges are quite alot better than the top end AMD FX series for gaming.

As for your pre-builts, I'd go for the mega special 3, as it is probably the closest to what I have specced above :p

Also I'm not sure if the pre-builts come with a monitor and OS.

    Thanks for your time really appreciate it, and I have questions please;

1- Is it going to run the rFactor2 in the maximum everything?
    2- Nvidia GTX560 Ti 1GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850 1GB?

BTW the systems in the first post comes with the Operating System which about $100 should be added to your system and then which one is better?

I understand wanting to buy a premade system. If I had the money I would have just bought another Alienware instead of cobbling together my current system. If you want to go high end pre-made, go Alienware. Not only was my system absolutely trouble free for 4 years but the entire experience was awesome. Of course you get more bang for your buck by building yourself, but you also get more headache and more problems.

    1. Yes, it should do
    2. 7850 is a little bit faster and less power consuming
    http://www.hwcompare.com/12054/geforce-gtx-560-ti-vs-radeon-hd-7850/

And alienware is a big nono for me, it may come with a guarantee but like macs they are very overpriced for what they are (Don't want to start a flame war) However glossy they may be.
all new parts come with individual manufacturer guarantees and computers VERY rarely go wrong once they are put together if you do not touch them, they are just electrical parts. And if something breaks within the month, it is a manufacturer problem not yours. (excluding the HDD :D)

    Hi

Do you have an equivalent UK supplier for the above parts?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC as it only runs RF2 very slowly. I think I could build myself (possibly from barebones kit) but not sure where to buy. Any help welcome! Thanks in advance.

I would spend the extra 250-500 but add to build rather then buy the crossfire one.

    I like a couple of the builds .......March madness 2700K (+0) Corsair H60 ( +0 ) cool :)

    But
    1. They have "standard power supply" not sure what this means exactly.
    2. Bit lightweight in graphics and not keen on the " Major brand powered by Nvidia "
    3. They have Gen2 motherboards

I would get brand PSU like Corsair although upgrade prices seem steep.

My GTX460 superoverclocks are as fast as a GTX560 "Vanilla" I tested.
I upgraded to a GTX570 Superoverclock and the difference was HUGE in rfactor2
Runs as good as a GTX580 "Vanilla"

    ie: good bang for Buck
