Problem: No account exists with these credentials.

My gut instinct tells me it's not a problem, all's well and will be normalized as progress is made on the final release.

 

Same problem for me since I wasted money on this sim that DOES NOT WORK and has not since I paid for it on Jan 17th.
I have posted re this problem and got no reply. I feel totally ripped off and want my money back please.

I have the reciept number from my payment email, which says to quote it when coresponding but there are no contact details. Just this forum which offers no answers at all. Very not happy.

 

Do like this (solved for me)

try to reset password: go to purchase, sign in, insert account e-mail then click on forgot password. ISI will send a new one and online game will work! (even if rflauncher still saying that no account exists with these credentials)

Thanks for the suggestion Chosa, but like everything else I have tried, this did not work either, regardless of whether I clicked the remember me box or not. Still get the "no such account" message. Pretty silly when they just emailed me the new password.
The online box just stays greyed out and nothing happens when I click on it.

 

Pretty strange mate!I have the same message that you have but I can still play singleplayer and multiplayer!

I've given up on it after 6 weeks and asked for a refund. I'll stick to Iracing for the moment. I suspect it has something to do with the intallation of the cars and tracks (just the basic Rfactor ones... nothing fancy) The online option was there till I installed the cars and tracks so that I could race them online. Catch 22!
You could try uninstalling and reinstalling cars and tracks, maybe installing one of each at a time till you issolated the culpret if you could be bothered. I can't. Not for a sim for which I have allready paid.

A few days ago started the thread explaining my problem, in my name did not appear laucher: No account exists With These credentials.

Yesterday launcher starts to play and surprise ... my name appears in the launcher, and is not: No account exists With These credentials.
