Hi xoa, I don't know yet ... I am currently having a hard time on a private side, and I am not sure yet how to implement the real track view. But at least I've made some progress on that ^^ ... ### Real Track View (W.I.P.) ### rFactor1: http://vxracing.de/vmliveview/track.php rFactor2: http://vxracing.de/vmliveview2/track.php
Ok, Frank. I'm interested especially in the following things: rFactor Session Loader - Added the ability to provide Dedicated Server Connection Info to the Monitor Monitor (Experimental) - Refreshing session data without the need of reloading the page each time - Added Dedicated Server Connection Info at the bottom of the Monitor It seem they are already working perfect.
Hi xoa, one thing I've learned there is nothing perfect in this world ... one can only try to get nearby ^^ Although it looks quite well, I still got some performance problems to overcome not knowing yet where they really coming from ... But I am trying to get a new release together as soon as possible. Cheers Frank ### Real Track View (W.I.P.) ### rFactor1: http://vxracing.de/vmliveview/track.php rFactor2: http://vxracing.de/vmliveview2/track.php

Oh my god Thank's a LOt !! LiveView I expected. For cons, I have a question. For hotlap (on a system simillaire) When the player had the same nickname but not the same car (skin). it creates liners ... Is that on this system. It's the same thing? .I look forward to having real track with! Is this possible to do this system for SimBin games. I would understand if it is not, although I think it must be complicated, since it do not support plugins. Sorry for my bad English .
Sorry for double post : One is obliged to host it next to the rfactor dedicated server? For example: I have two hosts: 1and1 & Hosteurs 1and1 is for the website. Hosteurs for dedicated server games (rfactor etc. ..) So I can not host the live view on 1and1?
Hi Val, if I understand you correctly ... !?!? Yes! In case a driver switches cars, this is to be considered a NEW pairing for the hotlap list. you could use it for SimBin, but you have to write your own loader for e.g. GTR2 or GTR Evo ... but sorry I am not planning to do this. Cheers Frank
... in general you could build-up any scenario possible with access to each system. From all-on-one up to a 1-1-1 or even 1-2-2 for a fail-save-scenario ... In your case I assume a 1-1 configuration which might equals to a "rF DS to Web-Host with APM", you need to share e.g. the Hotlaps-Directory for a rFactor-Instance by either using a FTP-Server or HTTP-Server on your rFactor Dedicated Server and configure the loader on the Web-Host with APM System to pull the plugin data from this web-share. Cheers Frank
Hi not sure if it is mentioned but I have setup the tool and it is working great for my LMS series. I was wondering if it is possible to have this running with two seperate installations on my dedicated server e.g rFactor LMS and rFactor PCC Could both have the live timing and marquee and work on different URL's at the same time with different configs such as class colours and class names? BTW Thanks for this awesome tool!
Hi George, yes, you can have multiple instances ... please see first post of this thread for an example. Glad you like it Cheers Frank
Ok I have tried a few things and with one mysql database I can get both liveview1 and liveview2 working with 2 servers but they are no set to a server. both liveviews swap every few seconds and will display information for both swapping back and forward. To understand correctly, should I have a second mysql database setup for the liveview2?
Hi George, yes please ... each instance requires a separate loader, database and php script directory within a http server. Cheers Frank
Frank, do you know how this software behaves during driver swaps in rF1? Most timing solutions don't display this stuff properly.
