Thank you for the fix. Im my case the issue manifests itself whenever I press the "Tuning" button in the showroom. Instead of a car, I get a black texture; following this, when I load a racetrack everything is black too, save for the virtual rear-view mirror. Previously I had to reboot Windows to fix this, now it is enough to turn the FXAA off. A strange bug, to say the least.
