Unable to Install 3rd Party Mods

If I go into 'Manage Mods' from the launcher any 3rd party mods in my packages folder are listed as ***Problem Mods***.

Mods in question: BMWF1 2008 V1.1RF2 Version 1.0, BMWF1 2008 V1.1RF2 Version 1.2, F12012 LIGUE BETA Version 1.1, F12012 LIGUE BETA Version 1.6.

In Single Player - Component Manager there is no option to add anything as suggested in the BMWF1 notes.

All RF2 ISI supplied mods and the update are working as expected.

 

Bump, I have this problem also.

Hi no idea if this will work for u it did for me.
Open mod manager click option at the top and take the tick off,
now look for car/track and right click on it and click install
