I made a little fix for MorphMap. By default the script create a dialog window when move the window hangs. Now create a Float window and works. MorphMap FloatWindow
One of my favorites is a freebie called "Glue". Allows you to conform splines to the terrain surface and also helpful for object placement. It also can be used in all versions of Max (32-bit & 64-bit) from 7 up. http://www.itoosoft.com/freeplugins/glue.php
I find another good script Populate:Terrain Populate:Terrain assists in creating and optimizing terrain surfaces from contour lines or from existing meshes. The quad based output allows for easier later remodeling, for example using push/pull painting. The regular face size reduces rendering issues (GI, displacement) and you can use Turbosmooth on it. http://populate3d.com/products/terrain/
He Mario, Your script seems to be squashing stuff in the North South direction... see images below. the O2 arena is a circle in real life and in the sas image looks fine, after import through your script it is squashed... The import image depend the center of track. when import KML path you chose right ZOne code? And the image msut be from google maps (SASPlanet)
I think you mis understood. It is also squashing data imported... I have set to the correct ZONE (30). If I draw round the O2 arena the data is also "squashed"... I have my image through SASPlanet but it is from Visual Planet... but the coordinate system should still work...?
ok.. ii made one track in O2 area and is the same thing.. need more testing.. ok i think is zone code.... Please continue discussion here
