Does your base colour map have an alpha layer?

After i open the WCEXTRA`s Texture and create a alpha and saved it, its works. But i have the same Problem to the Force India and do the same method. But no reflect on this car.

The reflection intensity is based on the alpha channel, black = no reflect(matte), white = full reflect(chromish) I use around 70-80% for alpha channel for paint reflections.

Aye, no alpha layer on your color map = no reflections.

you need to set one and zero, but your main problem is the map channel settings. I can't see all of your channels settings, but i see your cube map channel is 1. But it's wrong.
The first and second texture stage map channel are both 1, and the third (specular) channel is 2, and the forth (bump) is 3, and the fifth stage (cube) need to set 4.

and if you want your car looks better, you change the specular color more brighter and set higher the specular power. And you can play with the alpha color and the cube blend settings, while you get the best results. If more darker the alpha color (but not black) you need higher value on the blend settings.
