Oh lord. Didn't we go through this enough with the beta pre-release? If we've learned anything from that, it's that it doesn't matter that people are "getting impatient". They will release the update when it's ready and not before. The beta has been out 11 days. That's all. 11 days. They said they are "shooting for monthly releases". Not a promise, not a guarantee. Just wait. And for the love of everything holy, don't make dozens of "where's the update?" threads. For all of our sake.
Anytime someone starts a sentence with 'OMG' I visualise some tweenie girl jumping up and down clapping her hands saying omg omg after they just won a bad prize on a bad tv program.
Patience is a virtue most people dont have these days. Whats the rush? You want them to rush out a patch that could potentially have bugs that you dont want to see is it?
yeah there are loads of kids using rF2 judging by how many take me out first corner of an online race kids indeed. NO PATIENCE at all
Do what I do. Sandbag in qualys, and at the start of the race, go bit slow off the line and let them clear the track for you. It usually worth a top 3 finish!!
All depends on development process. For instance, if a stable version is produced every week anyway, more frequent community feedback on changes and adjustments could be made beneficial. But even so, this forum wouldn't really be appropriate to organize the feedback, its a little chaotic as it is in my opinion.
