I'm going to add in the Lotus Exige/Elise mod as well. By far the best stock car mod out there. The feel, the physics, the FFB, and the graphical quality, everything was perfect. Would love to see what could be improved on it with rF2. Also, i'll agree, the APEX GT3 mod was a nice mod. A handful of cars, comfortable physics (I can't tell if they are realistic or not, made for fun racing though), good looks, good sounds. Personally I never really liked the Endurance Series Mod. It just never felt right to me. The best way I can describe it is that it felt like iRacing and not rFactor, whatever that means. However, I wouldn't mind seeing it re-made. It has nice models, sounds, and seems to be loved by the community and developers. I feel like I am forgetting an important one. Hmmm.
I might be repeating some answers here, but my definite list would be: The Skoda Octavia Cup - Might be the best fwd car for rfactor, good for rookies too. Can't say how realistic it is compared to real one but one of the few fwd cars that feel like they should. Historx - 1.9 was a letdown, but I still like it very much. Trellet Legends - Because, best ever! DRM - If rf2 will end up supporting supercharging properly. V8FACTOR - IMO the best super V8 mod, excels on fast tracks. Any well made 80's/90's F1 mod ++
Best damn series there is!! Wish they had it around here but it seems to be an overseas type racing series.
CART Factor (at least for me the best mod for rF1 ) GP79 F1 71' (but one of the guys who make that mod is working from scratch in something awesome... ) Japan F3 Formula Nippon HistorX
I will also agree with the SKODA OCTAVIA mod as it produced some of the best league racing I was ever involved in as you can see in this image from a league I ran in with The Older Gamers Also would love to see a return of the infamous PCC mod, another one that produced some very intense league racing like this, again with the great bunch of guys over at The Older Gamers ... ahhh the good old days Finally one that has not been mentioned yet, the ISI made Drift addon, this one gave me sooooo many hours of enjoyment both on and offline
I guess i should cheer up aussies and say, well I'm not making a v8 super car mod.. But I have finally got round to putting the V8 utes ingame and remodelling them to higher quality >< Physics are in the works now.. (proper physics)
I would have to say... 1.) VLN05 Mod (Although i beleive the 09 mod will be for rF2) 2.) NAGT 3.) ORR Mod (Now that ISI have confirmed there will be dirt track support in the future)
EOAA GT definitly! Had already in rF1 the greatest FFB. But the low FFB in the center should be much better in rF2.
