Very close to asking for a refund

    yes, but the problem is that our great IT engineer made an idiot out of himself.
    he didn't download the files correctly, and started blaming devs for a bad beta.

    sorry, but a person who says he is "IT man" can't handle very basic installation AND doesn't use torrent because he can't get it working properly.... sorry but that's a joke:)
    two of the above are very simple. One is following instruction, and if a file doesn't install then check if the file is OK itself. Very simple.

    if torrents don't work, then matter of port forwarding etc. If he can't do those simple things then how the hell is he such a successful programmer to call himself "IT man".

    n00b with no skillz (other word that's probably no longer used;).

    btw. you don't pay for a beta. You pay for the full version.

    It's not even worth critiquing really. The guy was full of crap from the start. People who behave like this in forums should be temp banned and if they repeat offend, perm banned.

    There should be no toleration on bad manners and rudeness.

    Please go ahead and request the refund via the launcher if you want one. Happy to complete the beta without your input.

    Beta software doesn't always work the way you want, or at all.
