change basic to lifetime

Hi there at ISI
is it possible and if yes how to change my Basic license to a lifetime one...choosen the wrong option^^

I've seen a couple people say it's possible but they never say how. I am in the same boat. While the sim if not much fun right now due to gfx issues, I know they'll fix it and I want to support ISI but going full in. Someone tell us how!

Tim said elsewhere that they are looking at having that upgrade option but it is not sorted out yet.

You could of course request a refund via the launcher and then once it is processed reorder the Lifetime license.

However people who do this multiple times would probably be flagged as it does create some extra administrative work for the people at ISI so be sure you are happy with your choice before going that path... that would be common sense advice imho.

 

The account can be upgraded, fastest way is to send and email to payment at rF, and Paypal or Moneybookers the difference to that email address.

 

omg seriously?

There isn't a ready-to-use button to upgrade? this is insane.

 

Lifetime was an ADDED option very late in development. There were no plans to even have a lifetime option a matter of months ago.
