Single player works fine and I can log in with my email/pw and see the server list. But when I try to join one of the pubs it tells me it's unable to join the server.

I allowed all the rF2 executables through Windows firewall, also tried disabling the firewall but I still can't join any server. Any ideas?

Me and a mate get this on only 1 server each but its a different server for both of us, we can connect to all other servers fine, and others can connect to these servers fine.

It's in your multiplayer.ini file. Mine says, "world.rfactor.net".

    Hello
Is your firewall blocking you have you checked that.
    Or maybe your router.
RF has not had a issue like this but I have heard some firewall blocking.

did you configure this port in your router?
    WAN Port Query = "44297"
    Join WAN Port = "54297"
    LAN Port Query = "44297"
    Join LAN Port = "54297"

Tested on a clean Win7 installation and I can get online just fine. Even though I'm not restricting rF2 on my current W7 install, it seems like there's a persisting setting somewhere messing things up. I'll run rF2 on my second install for now.

So, there was nothing wrong with rF2 it was a configuration issue with my OS.
