Couple of Quick Questions ...

    RFactor 2 is not creating a folder in "my documents" for some reason, i have a user data folder in my root directory but not my docs.....

    also why does my config ini only report my ATI 6970 (2GB DDR5) as only having "VideoRAM=716"...

    Any help for a NOob is appreciated :confused:

    I have the same issue with my 6970--I believe this is driver issue. It's okay though--we use all of your card's memory...

    Thank you for the quick reply Scott, that explains the ini issue ;)

    any ideas on the Folder in my docs not being created ?

    my config.ini says
    VideoRAM=2281

    yet my GPU only has 512mb?! driver issue? (nVidia)

    Win7 have a virtual memory cache for GPU, so, if you use win7, the high value is normal. If you are using win xp, beware, you pc may asplode at any moment.

    Both rf and rf2 see my 512 as 9**MB, also Nvidia, XP.

    Not necessarily so, im running win7 64... (read OP)
