I actually registered to contact one of ISI employees! I tried to buy rF2 today multiple times,and I got a message about "Disabled debit card for 24h"!Although,when I clicked ok,I went in the "Order complete screen"!I dont know why!What should I do?? Can someone enable again my debit card?I have all information needed!
I had exactly the same problem. I've used both my debit and credit card but got the same message. Odd thing is that I was able to request a refund when I haven't supposedly purchased it - how odd. On the main software window it says, "Payment for license is pending. Once payment has cleared, a license will be downloaded." Is someone able to check mine and the chappy's account above so we know what the situation is as I'm not happy about £56 floating around somewhere when it should be at Spa '66! I had the same issue, it blocked my debit and credit card. My issue was sorted by registering my card with Paypal and paying via that service, worked a treat. The failed credit card transaction has not affected my account or disabled my card.
Same thing happened here been waiting for 9 hours and no change...I've asked for a refund and tomorrow after those annoying 24 hours pass i'll try again, hope it works. I also tried the above option and didn't work for me .
