Sorry about resurrecting an old thread, but Ecci 7000 support in the latest build is still non-existent. It seems the FFB effects are reversed, as the wheel pulls to the sides instead of centering, when I'm driving straight ahead. This makes the game unplayable for me, and I suspect I'm not alone. Any ideas how to fix it?

Bumping this! Has anybody had any real success getting the ECCI 7000 wheel to work properly in rF2 yet??? I am having no luck at all. Do the DEV's realize there is a major issue here? I really would like to use this sim, but as it is now, it's a pretty miserable experience while using the ECCI 7000. A T500rs works pretty well, can't understand why we are having so much trouble with the ECCI 7000??:(

Can you please expand on this comment? What did you find unsatisfactory about the ECCI 7000 wheel, to the point that you sent it back? And how is Leo's wheel better...in your opinion?

    Hi isamu

The new ecci7000 I received was suspected to be faulty so maybe this was the reason for my dissatisfaction, if was fairly weak
(Only decent strength on maximum settings but no headroom)
There was a loss of fine forces when constant side forces were present (spring effects etc)
There was no direct feeling of being connected to a sim cars front wheels
I'm not saying its a bad ffb wheel but not to the standard I was looking for

I feel I'm a decent judge of ffb as I've had most wheels (Logitech / frex / t500 etc )
I've even done track days at silverstone ( here in the uk) in formula cars to examine the forces felt through a real race car
-I'm not saying I'm an expert on ffb systems , these are just my own best judgements & opinions

Ecci how ever we're great & gave good support & no problems on refund , it just wasn't the wheel for me ( & again it could have been faulty )

The Leo wheel I have now is perfect for me, a ffb wheel for life
Nothing to wrong on it either
No pullys no ball screws no cogs,
The servo motor is made for heavy grade industrial use on busy & dusty environments so being used as a ffb system is easy work for it -it's punchy powerful & retains very detailed fine forces regardless of situation,
It even delivers high frequency vibration effects (in rf2 only due to rf2's higher MHz ffb outputs)

    I'm very happy with it

Still have a frex which after I've serviced it ill be selling it cheap soon (just sold a t500!)

So it's been forever since i last played rFactor2. Hoping the issue where the game slows down to "slow-motion" with stutters etc had been fixed, or even looked into... It's still broken and completely unplayable. The graph falls out of sync or whatever it was called.

All the tips n tricks didn't solve the issue, and quite frankly nor would it have been an acceptable solution to gimp the FFB permanently. The refund period is over, correct?

    I don't have a ecci7000 now, I returned it & bought a bondar wheel,
If your getting slow motion you should try changing in the ini file to half updates

I think your suffering through the imersion driver software
Or your systems settings are way to high (or both)

    Good luck
