Hi, I tried to purchase rFactor 2 last night. I filled in my credit card information and clicked buy, but then I got the message that it did not work and that I might try another credit card. I didn't do this, instead I just closed the error message. After this, the rF2 launcher told me that the purchase had been completed, and gave me some sort of code to use (10 characters, including digits). However, when I try to open the game, every menu is gray in the single player window where I am supposed to log in. When I am pressing the "Reactivate" button, it says "no license found". Also, no money has been taken from my account. This is pretty strange, and I would be very glad for some help here. Thanks!
I have same problem too. It is 9:27pm in south korea. I just hope that people from isi wake up early and solve this problem as soon as possible..
