    Looking at those F1 @ Silverstone videos I'm glad we have 2012 spec cars and not 2013...

    It would simply be no fun at all having our tires blown after 8 laps ;)

    of course..you're right... but you can fix it with a good HDR profile in RF2....but look at the tarmac under in pcars, is just DRAWN...you can't fix it.....in RF2 is made with the tire tread of you car....there' is a "little" difference.....an hardcore sim up/an arcadesim down:cool:

    It's a product of the lighting, 6PM for rf2 silverstone is closer to dusk than the pCars version. It's not brown v blue, it's two different lighting systems. Bump rF2 forward to about 4PM and it's far more neutral in toning than pCars. The goal was to compare the same circuit in the same cars at the same time, not to match up the lighting as that is up to the artist.

    pCars was a shade slower due to a bumpier circuit, but otherwise rF2 was easier to drive and far more grippy. Braking was a LOT easier in rF2. Make the same mistakes on the "same" circuit in similar cars at the same places - and that wasn't on purpose for demonstration. Both drive very similar.

    Did some benchmarking using recently released demo. Hope it would help to anyone thinking about PC upgrades in regards to Rfactor2.

    Bit of a different video, my friend is a youtuber and is looking to start a rfactor 2 league hopefully so has made a video about it, if any of you can help him out let him or me know.

    (I know there is a league forum but I thought I'd leave the video here the make a thread there if it happens.)

    some laps with the Skip Barber at Silverstone.. great combo, the Skip is the mod that i prefer, for me is very realistic and funny to drive, even if the ffb of rf2 still doesn't appeal to me:

    No finger movement while changing gears!!

    Is it due to laziness or no talent? C'mon ISI get a move on!

    Instead of trying to implicate the basics they bring in new useless features that nobody uses like water spray.
