and what i dont understand - why i dont have such graphics level in gamy as in video!!??????? (all is on and on max for me but there is like two different games)!!! or your video was rendered (or something) and not from game?

 

Set TOD to 7am you will get the same

Yes 7am makes sense. Same in photography, too. Anywhere close to noon and the colors just get bleached out by the sun, morning and evening colors are always prettier. The best light for photography is (IMHO) the few seconds after the sun has set.

 

Also, 4x Super sampling AA is probably used in the videos too, without that you just end up with a jaggied mess in rf2. Well, on build 69 anyway, because I got a refund for now.

Don't mean to offend, but without SSAA, rf2 looks like ****. Fix this problem and it doesn't.

 

Supersampling is vital for image fidelity with rF2, agree totally.

 

..just let me say that if you're forced to use black/dark cars on low sun situations...to get good shots, something isn't 100% working....and I would never suggest to a friend to run at SPA (in real life on a Open Wheel car) with extreme low solar angle situations....

Mate, could you post your NvInspector settings again please? And does it work with the latest 301.42 drivers that came out Tuesday?

 

I'm using 301.34 drivers. disbale any AA in game

A few slow laps with the FM car to test the framerate in build 85. I have to say the frames have improved quite a bit. Mirrors are still 'strobing' a bit on this track only. Overall, a good step forward.
