Evening all and congratulations to all the people at ISI for getting there again, sadly no luck for me on the login, I can login to the Launcher after payment but cant click the login. I've drilled holes specially in my desk now for my wheel as I cant be bothered to set up the race frame and projector tonight and was a bit desperate to have a blast round Monaco like in the old GPL days before I slide to bed, which would have made my Birthday. Should I wait a bit longer?
So, is there something we need to do to get the login button clickable, or does this have to be sorted by ISI?

Same here. Got the confirmation email but the login button is greyed out. I don't want to use a reactivation code either. Whenever you get the time to look into it, thanks. I just noticed in the confirmation email that there is no coupon code included...
Ive had two welcome emails, both with conflicting instructions Email 1 Thank you for your rFactor 2 purchase! The first time you run rFactor 2 from the launcher, follow these steps: 1) On the ' Simulate ' tab, login, and begin racing! That was easy, wasn't it? Email 2 The first time you run rFactor 2 from the launcher, follow these steps: 1) On the launcher, click on the ' Purchase ' tab. 2) On the Purchase tab, click ' Next ' beside your choice. 3) Fill out your details and click ' Create Account '. 4) On the ' Payment Gateway ' enter your Coupon Code and click ' Apply '. 5) After seeing the price adjust with your coupon you can then complete the purchase. 6) You can now return to the ' Simulate ' tab, login, and begin racing! Ive now made it in, for some reason the page took sometime before a login pop-up came available, good luck all.
I have had the same 2 emails did you do what email 2 told you or did you just wait at the Simulate tab for the Login to become un greyed ?.
Well trying the method email 2 told me to do didnt work as it said email address was already in use so I guess i have a active account on the system I just need to sime to become active now so i can login....

When I go to reactivate, it says license not found. I went through the purchase and put my credit card in again, the payment is saying it failed - but then it is saying it went through and giving me a transaction #. Nothing has came out of my bank yet and still no confirmation email. Everything is greyed out. I hope it doesn't charge me twice, I will be overdrawn if that's the case...
Similar problem here Paid successfully with Paypal (Got the Paypal confirm) and received no emails from ISI at all. Everything is greyed out and it says "Payment for license is pending, one payment has cleared, a license will be downloaded" I tried reactivate but it immediately tells me it can't find a license. I understand it's a beta, and it's day 1 early adopter issues but I'd love to be able to have a play before I head out of town for a few days then go back to work! I figured it out! Under the Purchase tab, click reactivate I think it was. Enter your info there & it'll activate the game for you. You'll then get an email & you're good to go. I still don't have any coupon codes but it works.
Same for me - installed fine - Puchased fine with email confirmation but all is still grey.... - 3 reactivations later....it's the same I can only login and manage my account (it's says I have a validated license...) I waiting for support answer...
