So if I dont have money on my bank account even if I click refund(direct bank transfer), and dont have any mail from ISI or license then I can buy it with another method and get refund for previous?
OK so its 12:45pm and I'm still not getting past the "Starting secure connection with commerce servers." What the hell is going on, I really don't think this is a sever issue but more likely an installer issue please someone from ISI shed some light on this.
This was my homebank security problem. Paypal just did not notified me about that problem but when i get do know where the problem is then all is fine.
ok i cancelled my payment asked for a refund because paid with visa and was stuck on prossesing, anyway cancelled that and paid through paypal and have now got the sim however it wont let me log into multiplayer, because it says i asked for a refund??

I tried to pay with 2 different credit cards and haven't been able to get it to clear. Payment for license is pending. Once payment has cleared, a license will be downloaded. I went and tried my 1st credit card again hoping someone can manually accept it today.
