Three main options on launcher grayed out.

If you have completed your purchase, and accidentally deleted your user data, your installation may become invalidated. In most cases this can be fixed (if you have a valid purchase) by:

1. open rf2 launcher.
2. Go to Purchase tab.
3. Enter your email address and password in the fields to the right
4. Click the [Sign In] button
5. Click Reactivate.

User files will be recreated.

You will now have the option to use single player or mod mode. To validate your multiplayer (if you have a valid online access account) you may now login on the Simulate tab via the grey login button.

 

I just got through and paid with paypal and the 3 options are still grayed out, I got the paypal receipt and the email from ISI thanking me for my purchase. Also, on the Simulate page the button to login can't be pressed.

I have just installed so not deleted my userdata, will reactivating fix this for me?

Reactivating seems to of worked.

 

think so, but because of so many people logging in and purchasing, the purchase tab is slow... I think

 

Yes, I'm stuck on 'Starting secure connection with commerce servers.' Tried restarting the PC, etc... nada.

 

Even i had to wait for a wile to get it connected..

 

Yeah--the commerce system is getting hit pretty hard right now. Just try to hang in there and keep trying...

yep grey here to have install mods we get so far when i klick on purchase it is grey

starting secure connection with commerce server it say but i have not had succes to join to pay lol

weel to much many people wanna purchse this game today so i test again tomorrow if it works what i have test so far is start a dedicated server it start up fine a i saw it use default 400 in frame rate some weather system to set

all is grey so to for example drive offline seems not be possible without not activate a license pay game .. so im just stucked use rfactor 2 just now hope it has calm down in 2 3 days so i can join pay server with so many that shall pay same time it is easy it get many problems

 

If I try that and enter my E-Mail and Password during Reactivation the launcher tells me "License not found."

Miraculously (maybe through some magical Gjon powers) it works now.
Time to do some laps!

 

The guys are working really hard to get everyone where they need to be.

 

I reactivated, seemed like success but still grayed out, will try at least 2 more times, then I'll call it a night (12:40 am here).

Same here, I think a dose of patience is needed. Time to pack in and try again in the morning.
It's only teething troubles (I hope!)

 

Is it better to wait until tomorrow to purchase ?

Server is obviously being hit hard & struggling... or has it caught up with demand now ?

Not sure whether to wait or jump right in !

 

100mph: from what I can tell it seems people who are purchasing now may be able to complete without issues, people who were in the initial rush may be waiting until tonight/tomorrow when Gjon can work through their accounts.
