I am a former SCCA racer and winner at Lime Rock Park and I couldn't believe when
SCCA lost most their race weekends back in 2005 or so.

They added the stupid turns and such to make the track "safer" for the rich folks in their 911's after they went to the "private country club" scheme. Their insurance
company required them to make the upgrades.

    :p

Hope this has not been asked.
Would you implement other suspension types like Mac Pherson, rigid axel, or other ?

I forgot if this was answered or not, but is there an option available to allow X number of drivers on the track at once but only the top Y qualifying times get to race? And is there also going to be an option for drivers that don't qualify to be able to spectate?

will it be a manual how to set a car which will based your, ISI phisics? cause setting a car depends on what phisics u put in your susp, tyres, car (in games, not in real life, cause there is only one phisics).. so please make a manual for yours phisics setups))

I'm not sure I follow what you mean, the physics engine is the same for all cars, the parameters you can change in the various files are vehicle parameters. If you want instruction on what those various factors mean and do there are a fair few out there... though I'll admit I'd still love to know exactly what the pitch, yaw and roll factors in aerodynamics imply exactly, right now they seem like a fudge factor.

If you're simply looking for a car setup guide instead there are plenty of 'em around, even outside rFactor.

what i mean, is try to race in iracing, then NKP pro, then rfactor - there is different physics, and thats why there is a big different how to set a car (cause they use different physics (tires, susp and others). even one parameter - is different to set in this game and has different influence on car behavior

No, car setup works exactly the same... stiffer springs are stiffer springs in all sims and so on. What is different, is car behaviour at particular settings, mostly due to different tyre parameters (so called tyre physics, but it's all about tyre params).

So, last iteration of rFactor had the noticable issue that downforce worked downward no matter what angle the car was at and the pitch/yaw/roll values attempted to compensate for this, or at least this is the impression I got from various discussions including the theoretical 'F1 car driving on the roof' discussion. Has this been rectified?
