    I hope not... cause there is env light reflection missing as well as sun reflection.

    I can see light and sun reflections in the image above..

    Its just an example anyway,
    but gt5 has some of the best car reflections i ve seen.

    It reflects sky texture - not env light.
    Check this post/thread to see how it should be done.

    Why don't you render the env map for the real time reflections at a lower framerate? I remember that Forza Motorsport 2 did that and it looked good enough.

    Yes, and there was an older PC game, where you can select the framerate (low, normal, high) of the realtime reflections. I didn't remember the name, but maybe it was a NFS-title or Ferrari Virtual Race (by Synetic).

    That was one of the NFS Underground titles, the first one I think.
