As said, a Solution probably exist (not tested but should work), when you use an Onboard Cam and put that in the wanted Position. But you would have to do that for each Car Model that you drive and it's a bit difficult for DLC Cars, where you don't have Access to the Cam File and have to make a new one.
Yeah, I think we covered it in the first replies. There aren't built in settings, you can (mostly) make it yourself if you really want it. Heck, there is a solution and I'm not even inclined to give it. There'll be other issues anyway.
But you are referring to make an update of the car with the .cam file modified, right? Or i'm wrong? I don't think that this is the kind of solution that the op is looking for, but yes, it's a solution.
I did say that this is a Workaround, sooner already. But in general i say "let People do/use what they want". As long as it can't be used for Online Cheating, of course.
I agree with you. My comment sounded harsh. That wasn't my intention. I meant that looking the attitud of the OP, i doubt that he likes your solution.
