I have registered for some online daily races and conducted a practice session on that server, as the practice session ends and I leave the server to go back to the menus. As I wait for the race server to start, the starting server text is displayed and remains on this, and I am unable to join the race. The event then ends, and I have to register for the next race and car, but have not raced due to cannot select Join Event option. I have tried to close rF2 and reopen it to see if this was my end, but as I go to the event, it still states starting servers. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you rectify the problem?

Thank you for the reply. I have gone all the way back to the main menu and tried to rejoin the event, but the "starting Server" text and circle are still displayed. This has happened quite a few times now and not just a one off.
Same issue. In the top right corner, there will be a clock icon with a little red section. Hover over that and it will expand - click Join Server on that.
Did try this and as the little tab opens it displays starting servers and not join server. So still can't join the race.
It seems there are a few methods that work round the issue but they do not always work, this is something that still needs to be looked at by the team and not have to do X,Y & Z to make it work.
