For info, RC is roll centre, a useful handling adjustment. rF2 does a fine job of modelling anti-lift/squat, camber gain, roll centres and as above there's no reason the geometry wouldn't be set up correctly and verified (as much as would be necessary). I still find the occasional person who thinks rF2 (and all other games) is just a simple "If front ARB is stiffened, increase understeer" type process on top of a basic handling model, and it's a shame the underlying sophistication of the live (2400Hz!) suspension model rF2 has had since day 1 isn't more appreciated. (with chassis flex added relatively soon afterwards)

Now personally I've only done a little running in the Tatuus cars and never worried about those chassis adjustments past a quick glance at the bewildering names, but the diagrams above are a real "ohhh, I get it now!" illumination of what the names mean. Would having that explanation and the camber and anti- effects mean that I would confidently change to a specific other value based on what the car is doing? Maybe, but I'd probably test most of the others still anyway.

Beautiful replies guys. Thank you all.
When I saw the transaxle graphic I went "OH ! Someone has it ! " but no it's not the USF-17 box. It's porn anyway. ;p

At Road Am, between one position and another, I could see/feel the difference in rotation between one with more Anti-Dive and less Anti-Squat vs one with the opposite.
Until I made a mistake, I was giving it good with the second suspension position... but I had too much wings...

In the list of missing/poor features, tyre smoke means very little to me. More importantly, it has nothing to do with vehicle info as the thread is centered on.

Well that's good for you, happy for you.
Simulation of brake lockup with barely a puff of smoke means very much to me.
Lockups and wheel spin , burnouts, drifting, drag racing, you know general reality.
More importantly it was not a missing/poor feature it was removed/good feature.

Your first line, that was my point. You care a lot about tyre smoke, cool. That doesn't make it a universal truth.

Second, 'more importantly' (nicely copied, very clever) this is completely OT. The thread isn't about general whinge items.

FWIW I agree on tyre smoke. But it's OT.

I wrongly assumed it was open thread to the studio, my mistake, sorry.

Good idea threads about a specific thing / topic has a title alludes to that, just saying.
