New M2 SSD faster than HDD in rF2?
    Small information on the subject.
I previously had rF2 on an extra HDD hard drive with only one folder content...Steam....
All Steam games are on this hard drive, nothing else.
Other applications or anything else I have on other hard drives.
I have now replaced this hard drive Steam , 2 TB- HDD with a new M2- SSD Kingston Fury 2 TB.
Condition, my system is completely new since 03-2023.
So, Asus motherboard Z790 P , which runs great and does not cost the world!
    -Intel 13600K
-Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB only For Win 11
-32 GB Ram to go with it.
-power supply 850 Watt Platinum- from BeQuit.
    -Nvidia Geforce 4070 Ti.
By installing the new M2. SSD as a replacement for the Samsung HDD of the same size, the following has changed enormously.
-rF2 loads up about 50-70% faster, so start up to the menu!
-all other games AC / ACC / DirtRally 2.0 / or F1 2022 load up about 60-70% faster.
-various other games on this plate, also load up so about 50-60% faster!
In the games, the loading of e.g. tracks is also enormously much faster than before.
In rF2 about 30-40% faster, in others often 60-80% faster.
This is very pleasing, and saves a lot of waiting time!
So from my side, I can fully recommend an M2. SSD fully recommend, with my system!

The difference in loading speeds between M.2 and SATA SSDs with current software/hardware we have is almost unperceptive, even with theoretically speeds of M.2 been much faster.

But the case you tell, between SSD and HDD, the difference is well known by generating a huge change in performance.

Glad that you did it, enjoy !!

I agree with you, I just want to point it out.
Maybe the tip brings the one or the other something in speed, which concerns the loading time.
Sometimes rF2 of the loading time somewhat annoyed, now with M2 SSD no longers so.
    As for me!
