    The rfmod is made with the identical Track/Car Combination?

    Here Zandvoort (S397) has only Version 2.62.
    Do you maybe use a modded Version?

    Do you use the rfmod on a Server and join it or in Single Player as Series?

    I've made a Test with the FPro, because i didn't wanted to download your Car Mod.
    The Problem seems to be the rfm File, that restricts the Use of DRS to theRace only.
    And in the Race, DRS works.
    Do this:
    Create the rfmod as usual, but before you click "Package", move to the Folder where the rfm is stored.
    (it normally is the Folder: C:\Users\Your Windows User Name\AppData\Roaming\~MASTEMP)
    If you don't see that Folder, you have to set "hidden System Folders" to unhidden in Windows.
    Then open the rfm file that you use and modify the Entry:
    RearFlapZoneSessions = 16
    The Value 16 means, that DRS can be used in the Race only.
    Here are the valid Values that you can use:
    1=Test, 2=Practice, 4=Qualy, 8= Warmup, 16=Race
    So if you want to allow DRS in Practice, Qualy and Race for Example, add the related Numbers: 2+4+16 and use 22 as Value.
    Save the rfm File with the new Value and package the rfmod.
    That normally should solve the Problem.
    If not, please report here again.

    I suppose, that the Reason is, that the other Tracks have the Line RearFlapZoneSessions = XXX in their gdb Files.
    And in many Cases, the gdb Entries/Values overwrite rfm Entries/Values.
    That would explain why Zandvoort behaves differently, because it has no RearFlapZoneSessions = XXX Line in its gdb File.
