With lidar data available, it shouldn't be too hard to make a road and walls. The buildings would probably take a while though, and you would probably need a group of people to work on it.
I would be happy with a refresh like what @Manfredk2 (and @haunetal1990) did on Belle Isle. Heck, just the curb on T5 and real-road working would be a major step up... as I am still hopeful that S397 will bring a laser-scanned version via the work being made for the Indycar game...
guess there is a small update to 1.09 since march5th https://mega.nz/folder/CIIlGQ5C#jmMrO8sfvanSx4D6X8PaLg/file/PV5BWLLD
Definitively no I mean the chance that St. Pete could come one day as official version is possible and so there is a high risk of wasting a lot of time. And to be honest, even if a mod has the quality of official content (look for example at lasercutters Knockhill), people will always "cry" for official version.
Some may cry about non-laser, but Knockhill is more than amazing for me. Great track and a great rendition.
I used Google Maps for the background and maybe you can see what I mean. Without help I can't make new things for that track.
Gave it a quick spin and I am very happy with the curbs! As a Class-A Nitpicker, I would only comment that I believe we are missing most of the painted sections of the runway in the main straight.
Your filename is different but the filesize and the version is still the same as v152 . Are you're sure this is an update?
