There is a very obvious "halo" effect around cars - like a distorted blur - when viewed in replays. This was there to a small extent in versions prior to 1132 but is much worse now. If you pause the replay, the halo goes away, so you can only view it in a video. Hence attached file.
@burgesjl It looks a little bit like the Heat FX. If it still works, you can disable it in the player.JSON. Set the Value of it to 0: "Heat FX Fade Speed":0,
This is just motion blur that catches parts of the car as well. Turning off motion blur should mitigate that. EDIT: that's obviously a workaround, not a fix.
You can screenshot without pausing. I would say it's the same thing that was visible in the announcement for this: They're aware of it, Alex was asking for specific cars at one point but I'm not sure on the current situation.
