I can uninstall the free workshop content, but I can't find a way to uninstall the paid content. Whenever I install RF2 it reinstalls without prompting. Thank you.
Hello, you need to unsubscribe using properties of rFactor 2 game in steam, in Workshop folder if i remember well. But i don't know if you can re-subscribe after that since it will disappear from the list i think ... Somebody know if we can re-subscribe to paid content easily when needed ?
once you get the dlc removed, you have to turn off Steam keeping the game up to date automatically. But the very next time you want to update the game, all that DLC content will download again.
I thought it worked like any other free other workshop item, so it uninstalls when you unsubscribe. It looks like we can't unsubscribe in fact ...
Go to Steam/Steamapps/Workshop/Content In there is a folder, mine is 365960, go through the content you want to remove and delete it, I made a backup folder so if I want to reinstall something I just copy it over I've had no issues with updates and it hasn't downloaded all the content again
How come Steam doesn't download a missing subscribed content ... That's weird But maybe if it's already installed he passes the download in content folder which is probably a sort of cache ... There is always a problem if you don't want to download all content when you install the game from zero the first time on a fresh PC. You will still download all the paid items on first time.
