Can't sign up to any competition server.

I don't know what this error means, I would like to try this competition.

 

Thanks I will look, but it is the same error on all competition's only the name after the cs changes according to which competition I try and enter.

 

I don't have any skin packs installed, they are to hard to install from memory when I tried a few years ago. I have a clean install of rF2.

Bottom right of your screenshot, hit the “B” button beside each of the working and packages dir and navigate it to F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\rFactor 2 for working dir and F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Packages for the Packages dir

 

Great, now i have somethings there and a damaged mod?? What next?

Thanks mate, once I put the correct path I can sign up but I must be a complete noob because I'm signed up but even though the session is live there is no way to join?
Is this me being dumb or rF2 being difficult?

 

You can only register for the session when it's less than 15 mins from starting. Though I'm a half noob myself so I can't remember if it then says Join (after you registered), which will (if you click it) put your game into waiting to actually join when the timer runs out.

Once the countdown has ended and the session is underway, you can't join that session anymore. You have to wait for the next one.

If you register, and then Join, and then the timer runs down, and the screen goes blank and then says "too late", don't do anything for a bit. It'll often do that but will still work. If it doesn't do anything in a couple of mins then something's probably gone wrong...

 

Grrr, same deal but now a different session!! What am i doing wrong? Why is it i cant get a drive in rf2?

 

What did you do to fix the previous one? It definitely wasn't because you changed the paths in Modmgr.

 

That is all i did! Well that and restarted rF2.

You might still have content that's not compatible with the rookie series. Tick the Component box and see if you can find anything.

 

Maybe it's me, but on the Screenshots i see the Error Message for the 221107_cs_rookie Series that you want to join, but i see no 221107_cs_rookie Mod in your Mod Manager Screenshot.
Did you subscribe to that Series, like @Goanna has said above?
(I don't use the CS System, so i maybe write senseless Things here)
If the Subscription won't work already, you really have to check all Components, that are used in that Series, in your ..\rFactor 2\Installed Subfolders, if one or more of them have any not official Updates (Skinpacks, Track Modifications...) installed and remove them, as also @Lazza has said already.

 

Yeah rF2 confuses me. When I tried to join the Indy challenge there was no CS indy in the mod manager until after I joined, once you join it subscribes and or downloads the content for you. I'm still lost when it comes to rF2 CS and I think it being this confusing won't help get the numbers up.
I've been unable to do any CS challenges. LFM and AMS2 TTOTW is just simple.
