    Steam: Removed
    Download for moddev use.

On request of skinners especially and the S397 discord I decided to make my showroom public,
it's made complete from scratch in 3dsmax and has better lightning on the typical shadow side of the cars.

This showroom is used for car development and debugging, works fine in normal game and moddev mode.

It does fix the issue with one side in dark shadows:

    Activation after installing:

    For use in Moddev:
    Drive:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\ModDev\Showroom

Just drop the FA.MAS where it was installed in game into this directory

    Enjoy ;)

The showroom has a 80 meters zoom out and 190 zoom in, some official cars might loose some 3D objects (LOD settings in the spinner.gen)

The power is in the reflections/lightning. You have a zoom in that can reveal a lot details when making a skin or setting up car shaders.
Main reason of this showroom built is to safe time testing the car everytime in game to see how shaders translate. If it looks wrong in the showroom, it is wrong in game. Just simple.

Second text link in first post. Inside the RFCMP you can find the mas, or install it and then copy over the mas

I think that you're trying to unpack the rfcmp with the Mas2.exe
    It's not possible.
You have to install the rfcmp and open the installed .mas file with Mas2.exe

you have to put the rfcmp file in the folder rfactor2/packages
    and install from inside rf2
    content and settings
    manage content

    It works for me.
After install it, the .mas will be in ..\rFactor 2\Installed\Showroom\FA Showroom\1.0\

In the Past, that could be solved, if you extract the ini File from the Showrooms mas File and put it as loose File into
    the ..\ModDev\Showroom Folder.
Try it out if that helps.
